A trip out to Port Isaac where Doc Martin is filmed.
In the morning we went for a run towards St Enodoc’s Church but Mel’s knee was too painful so he stopped and I carried on. Mel then went for a swim in the sea which he really enjoyed. The weather was so lovely again, we were very lucky.
After visiting Port Isaac we stopped at a farm shop for lunch, I had fish and chips and Mel had curry!
